Her collagraphs are created on card, using a wide variety of found materials, mediums and papers to create textures and depth. She also scratches, scrapes and sands areas to try to achieve a variety of different qualities of mark. Rosemary loves the range of tones which can be produced, from velvety dark to delicate and light, and the atmospheres which can be created by varying the colours in each print. Every print taken is different, so even though her submissions are in editions of just one, there’ll be similar unframed prints available on request.
